I’m so glad we have so many different ways to stay fit. Whether you’re a walking enthusiast, a yoga pro, a gym rat, or a sports fan, there’s something for everyone. And let’s not forget about golf – it’s a great way to relax and enjoy the outdoors.  These outdoor options are just a few that I’ve come across or learned about, so this isn’t an exhaustive list.

  • Eduardo Mansinho Sports Centre:
    • Futebol fields consist of synthetic turf pitches with markings for 11-a-side soccer, as well as two cross-country 7-a-side soccer pitches, a cycle track and a multi-sports hall. 
    • There are also five tennis courts. All have artificial lighting. Users of fields 1 and 2 have access to the outdoor baths of the Dr. Eduardo Mansinho Pavilion and those of fields 3, 4 and 5, to those of the Municipal Pools.
